Cancellation/ Refund & Rescheduling Policy

 

CANCELLATIONS

In the event an individual cannot attend an In-Classroom or Blended Course, we ask that the individual/s follow the following guidelines.

In Classroom -

Please email us at info@firststepfirstaid.com to cancel In-Classroom course.

Steps to cancel:

1) Individuals have 72 hours before scheduled In Classroom course to cancel or reschedule course to receive a full refund.

2) No refund if individuals cancel 48 hours before In Classroom course or is a no show, day of class.

 

Blended Course –

Please email us at info@firststepfirstaid.com, to cancel blended class.

Steps to cancel:

  1. 72 hours after course has been assigned and Blended course does not state “In Progress”, full refund can be issued.

  2. After 5 days and Blended course does not state “In Progress”, a cancellation fee in the amount of $20 will be deducted from course fee and remaining balance will be refunded.

  3. No refunds after 5 days of blended course being assigned and if course states, “In Progress".

 

NO REFUND AVAILABLE IF COURSE IS MARKED “IN PROGRESS”.

 

REFUNDS

All full/partial refunds will be refunded between 5-7 business days. This does not include your financial institution processing policy.

Email us at info@firststepfirstaid.com after 14 days if a refund does not process.

 

 

 

RESCHEDULING

 

Please contact us at 702-292-9280 or by email at info@firststepfirstaid.com to reschedule.

Step to reschedule:

1. 48 hours before individual scheduled in classroom course, we ask you to call or email us to reschedule your course.

WE ENCOURAGE ALL INDIVAUALS TO RESCHEDULE COURSE FIRST BEFORE CANCELING COURSE.
